What is the Okinawan Genealogical Society of Hawaiʻi?

Affiliated to the Hawaii United Okinawa Association, the society, also known as OGSH, offers genealogy services, delivers educational lectures to promote the rich Okinawan history and culture.

Learn about what OGSH does in the community, their mission and history, as well as how those of Okinawan descent can reconnect with family members in Okinawa. Hear firsthand stories from members who have recently met family abroad.
